Lucy Miller

Founder of Tennessee Women Connect. Born and raised in Franklin, Lucy's love for connecting others spurred the creation of this group. She also loves helping people find their perfect home or sell their home as a local real estate agent. She is a mother of two and wife loving her life in Franklin. Supporting local small businesses is a passion and helping create those opportunities for growth is a goal of hers with Tennessee Women Connect. 


Ashley Fitz

 Ashley helps to lead the Brentwood division of Tennessee Women Connect.  She is a Brentwood resident with her husband and three young hockey loving boys.  Ashley is passionate about helping real estate buyers and sellers in Middle Tennessee and is involved in her community.  Ashley is excited to help build networking opportunities for women in business in the Brentwood area. 


Jenna Smiley

Jenna helps to lead the Nashville division of Tennessee Women Connect.  She is a local area native who is a concierge fitness trainer. She is devoted to helping women overcome the lies they believe about their bodies, and developing a love/love/love relationship with their minds, bodies, and fitness. Jenna is a mom and wife and has a zest for connecting with others and helping create opportunities for small businesses to grow.

Makena Delaney

Makena Delaney is an experienced brand & website designer based in Thompson’s Station, TN. Driven by her desire to help small businesses have confidence in their online presence, she takes pride in providing strong branding, beautiful websites, and a friendly helping hand along the journey called entrepreneurship

Samantha Semans

Samantha Semans is the founder of Ten10 Social. With a big mission to serve businesses and entrepreneurs by helping them get their message and brand out to their community using organic social and paid traffic.



Hope Warfel

Hope has a multi-disciplined career history in Communications, Nursing, and Medical Case Management. She now works in the business side of healthcare at Ascension Saint Thomas.

Mount Juliet

Kim Thomas

Kim owns and runs a luxury lifestyle magazine in her hometown Mount Juliet, “Mount Juliet Lifestyle”. She also has a photography business. 



Holly Dershem- Brown

Holly owns Murfreesboro Lifestyle, a monthly community-focused magazine that aims to connect the residents to the people, places, and things that make our city special. She has a passion for supporting our local small businesses and connecting our community to quality services and products that make their lives better.



Talia Bateman

Talia has built her career by supporting and leading other women in her organization who want to go straight to the top.Talia is looking forward to starting Clarksville Women Connect and intends to cultivate a community of women who support, encourage and inspire one another to become the best versions of themselves
